Hallo ladies.
June is over and it has been a busy month.
Last weekend we were in Dublin to see Westlife's farewell concert. It was excellent, the atmosphere was brilliant but boy was it cold. It felt more like November than June. It was my first time in Croke Park and I was very impressed. We did a bit of sightseeing as well and I am delighted to say that after all these years I finally visited the Book of Kells and Trinity College.
My little girl celebrated her 7th birthday yesterday so that was cake and presents!
Now back to crafting. June's Crafting Ireland/Scrapzville Swap had a vintage theme and my swap partner was Aideen. We completed our minis in good time and they have been swapped so here are the pictures of mine.
It was a lovely theme to work with. I made envelopes with kraft card and lots of interactive bits. As usual the mini got too bulky and my bind-it-all wires wouldn't do so I had to use ribbon. Aideens mini is absolutely fabulous and it was such a coincidence but we both used the same paper!
I am working on a mini to send to Aideen as a raffle prize. She is organising a two part raffle of crafty goodies and once off makes to help raise money for her cousin in England who needs surgery. All details of the raffle are on her blog.
Bye for now. Ann.

Welcome Back Scrapzville Swap
I decided now that Felicia has us working again that I really should try to contribute something to my blog. Its not that I haven't been crafting, I am just very lazy about blogging.
Last months swap had the theme of summer colours and my swap partner was Kristine from America. I used kraft card and made my own album from it. I like using A4 card as it has lots of possibilities for pages and pockets. Here are some photos of Kristines album.
I hope you like it. This month my swap partner is the very talented Aideen and the theme is vintage. My album is finished and I will post some pics later.
Off now to make my Father's Day card.
